“We are collecting souvenirs. Gathering elements of reality, which reflect on forgotten memories and fantasies. From all those elements, which are remembrance of different times and places, we reconstruct those under new rules given by the current social and aesthetic conditions. The result is a new real, but highly deceptive present. We give a new structure to the collected pieces so that the good and the bad are equivalent and the nice and the ugly are interchangeable.”
