“My work is about intensity. My images portray an intense experience on many different levels that cannot be limited to the simply visual. An experience of mood, colour and moment are paramount, together with an intense sense of place caught in an instant, but not restricted to verisimilitude.
The imagery traffics in photography’s ability to focus our attention on something known, together with abstract art's capacity for conceptual expansiveness. Incorporating a complicated and timely process of deconstructing the boundaries of photomedia to achieve seductive, breathtaking and luscious images that bear no visual restrictions normally associated with the medium.”
